Product Introduction

The black dust-proof and waterproof gauze produced by SPRING is based on the study of the correlation between the arrangement of the warp and weft lines of the gauze and the amplitude, wavelength, direction and air permeability of the sound. It produces a stable frequency response and accurate airflow control, making the sound more transparent and realistic. The mesh surface is smooth and beautiful without mesh, the use of high-quality raw materials, halogen-free, safer and more environmentally friendly, through RoHS, FDA, silicone-free testing certification.


In terms of function improvement, according to environmental requirements, through technical treatment, the net yarn has waterproof performance and oil-repellent properties, so as to improve the durability of the net yarn. Even if used for outdoor contact with rain, dust haze, and industrial environment, repeatedly affected by water and oil, dust, waterproof dust screen still performs excellently.

1. Moisture Resistance:

SPRING acoustic mesh is made from an imported smooth monofilament polyester fiber, which has been precision-woven and treated with a hydrophobic coating. While it allows air and sound to pass through, it is effective at stopping water, dust, and other contaminants. However, it's important to note that water under pressure can still pass through the mesh. Compared to meshes and fabrics made from spun yarns, this mesh restricts airflow and sound less, resulting in high and consistent acoustic transparency.
